Not much to say, just pictures and videos for now…. and actually, Kyle got way more pictures than I did, I was busy most of the time!
Mayah got a special card from her Great-grandparents in Oregon!
And she enjoyed her birthday morning so much! We had previously won a little tricycle that we chose to unveil on her birthday. Then we got her the wagon and the car for her gifts. We are so glad we got both of those, and we got them for great deals on Amazon! Anyways, the wagon is great because Kyle can pull it easily (he’s tall, so this doesn’t always come easy when handles are short!) and the car has already provided hours of entertainment inside the house! She doesn’t even move it really, she just crawls in and out of it and shuts and opens the door!

Yes, my last few days have been crazy. First off, Tuesday was fun, it was Rebecca’s birthday. She is 20 now! I can hardly believe it, I was 10 when she was born, so it is so crazy to think of her being 20 now!
Mayah wore the sweater that Becca made for her in honor of her birthday.
So, now with the next day. Wednesday, we got to go look at bridesmaids dresses for Ben and Brittany’s wedding. I had gone before but hadn’t found anything, so I was going to drive Kim and Brittany there and we were going to look for one for Kim and me. So, we met at Starbucks, Kim went to get into the passenger seat and as she opened the door… lo and behold the window fell into the car door! It didn’t break, it just slid right into the door! How crazy!
So, I called Kyle and after thinking, we realized that we should cover the window and drive the car to the VW dealership in Olympia. Kim could drive her and Brittany, then I could leave the car at the dealership, while we did things in Olympia in Kim’s car. I realized quickly that I did not have the right supplies for the job of covering the window, so I thought I’d see if some family could help me out…. so I stopped at UPX…. Chase happened to be the lucky one to help me.
I am so thankful for Chase’s help! The window was covered perfectly and did not really rattle at all on the way to Olympia! yay! It wasn’t even cold from it. Turns out that the problem with the window is common with VW’s and it was covered under warranty! Yay! Unfortunately it took them all day to get it fixed, but free is a great deal, so I was fine with that.
So, we had a good time picking out dresses. I finally chose one and put down my deposit so they can order it. Here are some pics from the day.
Oh and I got to use my new sling! I finally ordered my own so that Sasha could have hers back! It actually seems to fit better and more comfortably, even though I thought it was the same size! She looks cute in it!

We had a surprise 80th birthday party for my Grandma on Sunday. It was a lot of fun to spend time with family.
Mayah wore a pretty dress that was given to her by her Grandma at a shower in September. I just realized that it won’t fit at Christmas time, so I thought this was a great occasion to wear it!
She fell asleep during worship at church (before the party) and I decided to lay her down so she could get a full nap in. She slept for a little over an hour in the fellowship hall on the floor. It was cute, and I was proud of her for sleeping so good. I’m glad I can listen to the service in there!
We had to stop for some pictures with Lauren after church since they matched!
Now for the party…. here are some pics of my Grandma with Mayah…
And my mom and I with the two of them…. (there were two cameras at once, so we are looking in different directions, lol!)
And a few pics of some family….
Mayah was tired during the party, so I went and put her in the guest room… she slept so good for it being an unfamiliar place and a loud environment!
It was fun to honor my Grandma’s birthday. Happy Birthday Grandma!
